iGaming Digital Media Sales Executive

- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue from our existing social media assets: preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, media plans, and proposals to secure contracts and upsell additional services.
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients across Brazil: negotiate and close deals for sponsored content placements on the media sections of our in-house sites like Trivela, Umdoisesportes, and Lakersbrasil.
- Understand clients’ marketing objectives, industry trends, and audience insights to propose tailored media solutions.
- Manage and optimize CPM (Cost Per Mille) campaigns across our network of sites.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and customize campaigns for optimal performance.
- Identify untapped opportunities to commercialize our media and social media inventory, such as affiliate partnerships, native ads, and custom integrations.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and stay informed about competitor activity and market trends.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, attend industry events, and represent the company in networking opportunities.
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in media sales or brand partnerships, including expertise in programmatic and social media monetization.
- Strong understanding of media platforms: you have a network of contents in agencies and relevant brands for sports and iGaming.
- Strong interest in sports and solid understanding of the sports calendar to identify and leverage sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
