Marketing Assistant - Eastern Europe
As part of our growth in Eastern Europe markets, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our business team in their day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in operational follow-up, performance analysis, and affiliate campaign management for our sports betting and casino comparison sites.
- Collect, consolidate, and update monthly and quarterly marketing performance data.
- Maintain dashboards and ensure consistency across markets.
- Access affiliate platforms to retrieve key KPIs (Clicks, Registrations, FTDs, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, etc.).
- Support data accuracy through coordination with Finance and Business teams.
- Assist in setting up affiliate campaigns (creatives, logos, landing pages, tracking codes).
- Verify correctness of affiliate materials: links, promo codes, bonus details, terms & conditions.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and performance indicators.
- Support post-campaign analysis and suggest improvements.
- Help maintain and update operator listings or marketing assets.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, operators offers and user preferences.
- Track new projects, formats, offers, and UX innovations in the comparison landscape.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure marketing materials remain compliant.
- Adapt or request updates to materials based on market or regulatory requirements.
- Manage and update internal documents, databases, and shared files.
- Provide operational support for ongoing marketing initiatives, including email campaigns.
- Collaborate with SEO, Product, Content, and Finance teams to streamline workflows.
- Assist with quality checks on operator information and marketing assets.
- Act as a support link between Business, Account, SEO, and Content teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up on tasks.
- Help gather information needed for campaign setup, operator updates, or reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Comfort with numbers and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with office tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, etc.).
- Professional level in English (written and spoken).
- Interest in or knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus.
- Ability to understand and work with affiliate marketing metrics.
