- Develop and implement the affiliate marketing strategy to maximize revenue and enhance brand presence in the Mexican market.
- Manage and optimize affiliate partnerships, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and support to drive performance.
- Analyze affiliate performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, and product) to align affiliate campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and identify new affiliate channels and partners.
- Negotiate contract terms with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate managers to achieve departmental goals.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, particularly within the gambling or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican gambling market and its regulations.
- Proven track record of developing successful affiliate programs and partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
