AI Solutions Manager
We are looking for a hands-on Technical AI Solutions Manager to bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering execution. You will not just gather requirements; You’ll be expected to design the solution approach, map workflows, define how the AI capability fits into real processes, and prototype where it accelerates delivery (typically via low-code workflow tools). You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you do need to be technically credible and comfortable working close to the implementation.
- Translate business problems into well-shaped AI solution concepts. This means identifying the right approach — whether that's an LLM-based workflow, an automation pipeline, a recommendation model, or something simpler — defining the key inputs and outputs and scoping the build clearly enough that your engineers can move without constant back-and-forth.
- Work directly with business units to get to the real problem beneath the stated request. You know when someone asking for a chatbot actually needs a better process, and you're confident enough to redirect the conversation. You ask the questions that uncover constraints — data availability, compliance requirements, user behaviour — before they surface as blockers mid-build.
- Own the progress of your initiatives from design through to deployment. Keep delivery moving, surface blockers early, coordinate between the AI team and business stakeholders, and ensure timelines are realistic and respected.
- Present solution concepts in terms stakeholders can engage with, manage expectations around scope and timelines, and ensure alignment is maintained throughout delivery — not just at kick-off.
- Once a solution is live, you stay involved. Monitor how it's performing against the original business objective, gather user feedback, and drive targeted improvements. You close the loop rather than moving straight to the next initiative.
- Support the embedding of AI tools into business unit workflows. Help teams understand what's been built, why it works the way it does, and how to get the most from it. You don't run training programmes — you ensure people are actually using what's been built.
- 4–6 years in a Solutions Management, AI Product, or senior Business Analysis role within a technology company, with direct involvement in AI or automation initiatives.
- Strong AI literacy you understand how LLMs, automation workflows, and data pipelines work well enough to make credible solution design decisions, challenge engineering trade-offs, and identify when an approach won't work before it's built.
- Familiarity with AI tooling such as LLM APIs, workflow automation platforms, or AI-assisted development tools — enough to have a hands-on conversation about what's feasible and what isn't.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clearly scoped, actionable AI use cases without needing heavy process infrastructure to do it.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences — you can present a solution concept to a CFO and a senior engineer on the same day and land with both.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-aware environments where solution design involves data sensitivity, access controls, or legal constraints.
- We have a collaborative hybrid office environment with our team members in our Athens office at least 2 days per week.
- Attractive benefits, an open and supportive environment as well as a modern and exciting workplace
- The opportunity to interact with global teams on a regular basis as you and our business continues to develop & grow
- Tangible and genuine development - at OpenBet, you can take your career where you want it to go!
- Flexible working whilst we provide you with the guidance and development skills you need to progress and enhance your career
