Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and creating specifications. This role involves interacting with stakeholders, supporting needs throughout the project lifecycle, and analyzing API specifications. The Business Analyst will also review and present user stories to the team, ensuring clear understanding and addressing any issues. Ownership and detailed understanding of product features and functions are crucial for identifying new requirements and opportunities.
- Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks.
- Providing information and consulting about products’ features, relations and interactions to any stakeholder on demand.
- Monitoring and analysis of projects implementation, delivery and operation with feedback for improvements.
- API specification analysis.
- Review and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists.
- Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team.
- Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility.
- This knowledge usage to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements.
- 2+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the iGaming or payments industry.
- Experience in integration and API specification analysis.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering (in the form of user stories, use cases, and other relevant formats), process mapping(UML, BPMN), and documentation(including requirements specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides).
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies, UML understanding.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions.
- Experience with payment method integrations and understanding of the payment process.
- Analysis of the gathered requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story).
- Supporting needs in requirements management during the whole project life cycle.
