Creative/Script Writer
This role is for a Creative/Script Writer with 2+ years of experience in the creative field, working with brands, YouTube channels, or production companies. The ideal candidate will be able to write scripts for various video formats, structure and present ideas clearly, and have experience creating storyboards. A strong visual culture, awareness of current trends in social media and video production, and the ability to adapt creative ideas to business objectives are essential. Analytical thinking and the ability to work with feedback are also important. Experience with AI tools for generating visual references, basic video editing skills, copywriting, concept development, creative strategy, and working with motion video concepts are considered a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, flexibility, independence, and the ability to meet deadlines are also required.
- Creating pitch decks and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Presenting ideas to clients and the team.
- Writing scripts for various formats (short-form vertical videos, YouTube content, commercial).
- Creating storyboards (textual or visual).
- Developing creative concepts aligned with business goals.
- 2+ years of experience in the creative field: working with brands, YouTube channels, or production companies (as a creator, scriptwriter, or art director).
- Ability to write scripts for various video formats: Reels/Shorts, YouTube videos, commercial content.
- Ability to structure and present ideas clearly through presentations.
- Experience in creating storyboards (even at a basic level).
- Strong visual culture and high creative awareness.
- Understanding of current trends in social media and video production.
- Ability to adapt creative ideas to business objectives.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with feedback.
- Experience with AI tools for generating visual references, moodboards, or storyboards (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.).
- Basic video editing skills or understanding of the production process.
- Experience in copywriting, concept development, or creative strategy.
- Experience working with motion video concepts (motion design concepts, animation-based ideas).
