Domain Specialist
This role is for a Domain Specialist Junior within PIN-UP. The position is based in Poland and Ukraine, with a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of DNS and Name Server fundamentals, proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets, and the ability to work with large data volumes. Responsibilities include purchasing, managing, and updating domain records, granting access to accounts, and communicating with internal departments and registrar support teams. The role also involves preparing reports and summaries.
- Purchasing domains for holding’s needs
- Keeping records of domains and actualization information about them
- Add and remove domains in Cloudflare and Google Workspace
- Granting access to Cloudflare accounts
- Communication with other departments on the organization of ordering domains and their support
- Interaction with registrar support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Preparation of reports or summaries based on data or key information
- Education in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of DNS and Name Server (NS) fundamentals, including functionality and basic record types
- Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and control payment transactions
- Understanding of the processes for domain name registration, transfer, and updating contact information
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Experience with Jira and Confluence (will be a plus)
- Experience with CloudFlare (will be a plus)
- Experience with Google Workspace (will be a plus)
