Event Manager
Proven experience in event management, including independent organization of corporate offline and online events of various scales; Strong strategic planning skills and understanding of business objectives behind events; Confident budgeting skills: planning, cost control, and budget optimization without compromising quality; Experience working with vendors: sourcing, running tenders, negotiating, and controlling timelines and quality; Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Understanding of brand communication principles and ensuring Brand Book compliance during events; Risk management skills and the ability to resolve unexpected on-site issues efficiently; Analytical mindset: ability to collect feedback and evaluate event effectiveness; High level of self-organization, responsibility, and stress resilience; Strong communication and leadership skills; Proficiency in planning tools and corporate systems (Google Workspace, Excel, task managers, etc.). Experience working in large technology companies; Experience in international or fast-growing companies is a plus; Experience working with celebrities and public figures; Experience organizing team-building events, strategic sessions, and corporate celebrations. - Organizing and delivering internal corporate events in Kyiv, both in-office and off-site;
- Independently managing the full event lifecycle from briefing to post-event reporting;
- Developing event concepts and formats aligned with business objectives;
- Planning, controlling, and ensuring adherence to the event budget;
- Selecting vendors, conducting negotiations, and ensuring quality control of their work;
- Coordinating all vendors during preparation and on the event day;
- Collaborating with internal business group teams;
- Ensuring compliance with Brand Book guidelines during events;
- Managing on-site processes and оперативно resolving organizational issues and risks;
- Collecting feedback from business group specialists and analyzing event effectiveness;
- Managing tasks and documentation within corporate systems.
