Event Manager
The Event Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the full lifecycle of international event projects, from concept development to post-event analysis. This role involves leading the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions and high-level networking events, including booth setup coordination and on-site management. The Event Manager will manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, develop and optimize event budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event initiatives with business and marketing objectives. Proactive risk identification and implementation of effective solutions in dynamic environments are also key aspects of this role. Experience with industry events like ICE and SiGMA, managing large-scale budgets, and understanding of affiliate marketing and the iGaming industry are beneficial.
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of international event projects, from concept development to post-event analysis
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions and high-level networking events

- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Develop, manage, and optimize event budgets
- Vendor sourcing, negotiation and supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event initiatives with broader business and marketing objectives
- Identify risks proactively and implement effective solutions in dynamic environments
- 2+ years of relevant experience in event management
- Proven track record of delivering international events (exhibitions, conferences, hybrid formats)
- Industry experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, digital, or tech environments
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to operate independently
- Experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective decisions
- Advanced vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure
- Experience with key industry events such as ICE, SiGMA, iGB
- Experience managing large-scale budgets
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and iGaming industry
- Experience in international or fast-growing companies
