- Lead People Partners Team across international locations.
- Build and develop team; set goals, monitor workload, ensure quality execution.
- Provide training and professional development.
- Work with HR metrics; make data-driven personnel decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing HR processes and systems.
- Lead implementation of grading system.
- Initiate updates in HR policies and processes.
- Maintain and enhance automated HR processes.
- Identify performance gaps and cost inefficiencies through data analysis.
- Provide C-level with critical people statistics and trends.
- Deliver recommendations for strengthening employer brand.
- Monitor organizational structure effectiveness.
- Train line managers on HR processes.
- Partner with C-level leaders on HR quality and business impact.
- Align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Resolve issues impacting business performance.
- Experience in a senior HR leadership role (required).
- Proven experience leading and managing HR teams of at least 15 direct reports within a fast-paced, online business environment with a workforce of 2000+ employees (required).
- Experience in scaling HR operations to support rapid growth is highly desirable (preferred).
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and current industry trends (required).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies (required).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions (required).
- Experience working within the IT industry or a technology-focused environment is highly preferred (preferred).
- Russian or Ukrainian language C1 and above (required).
- Fluent English (required).
