Manager CRM
This role is for a Manager CRM within a fast-growing business group. The position offers the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals and contribute to creating trends in the industry.
- Manage CRM communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and pop-ups;
- Plan, launch, and control CRM campaigns based on the communication plan;
- Analyze CRM and promo campaign performance using key metrics;
- Make conclusions and suggest improvements based on data;
- Run A/B tests and analyze test results;
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated and trigger-based communication flows;
- Segment users based on behavior, activity, and lifecycle stage;
- Manage email templates, including basic HTML/CSS edits and ensuring the logical consistency of dynamic content;
- Monitor email deliverability, domain reputation, and spam indicators, and implement actions to maintain healthy sending performance.
- Prepare and present CRM performance reports for stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams.
- Continuously optimize communication processes, tools, and approaches;
- Work with product and analytics teams to improve user experience and key metrics.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing;
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io and other ESP/CDP tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo, or similar);
- Experience working with multiple communication channels: email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and pop-ups;
- Understanding of trigger-based and automated communications;
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with HTML email templates;
- Practical understanding of email deliverability, including domain/IP warm-up strategies, sender reputation monitoring, and spam risk prevention.
- Understanding of key CRM metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion, retention, churn, etc.);
- Understanding of deliverability nuances and anti-spam policies;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
- Experience in betting, gambling, or other high-load digital projects;
- Experience working with large user databases.
