Merchandise and Production Manager
The Merchandise and Production Manager will be responsible for planning and monitoring production processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with quality standards within the apparel manufacturing industry. This role involves managing the full cycle of preparing merchandise for events, company stands for international exhibitions in the I-Gaming field, and creating and planning production based on requirements and tasks for conferences, exhibitions, and meetups. The manager will also be involved in maintaining a database of contractors, creating briefs, agreeing on terms of interaction, and overseeing merch logistics, including control of finished product availability, shipment, and dispatch to events. Budget preparation and monitoring, market analysis, and proposal of new concepts based on trends are also key aspects of the role, along with collecting and processing artifacts post-event.
- A full cycle of preparing merch for events, company stands for international exhibitions in the field of I-Gaming (conferences, exhibitions, etc.);
- Creation and planning of production by the requirements and tasks (conferences, exhibitions, meetups, image parties, etc.);
- Planning merchandise "in theory" (proposals for concepts, creation of catalogs);
- Maintaining a database of contractors, creating briefs, agreeing on the terms of interaction with contractors;
- Merch logistics
- Control of the availability of finished products, shipment, and dispatch to events;
- Preparation of budgets and estimates, monitoring compliance;
- Monitoring and analysis of the market, novelties, trends in the sphere, and proposal of new concepts based on them;
- Collection and processing of artifacts based on the event's results ("work on the bugs").
- Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry
- Experience using Asana and Jira
- Fluent Ukrainian/Russian, English level B1 or higher
