Description

This role is for a People Partner, responsible for implementing a full cycle of HR processes for entrusted teams. The People Partner will onboard HR process managers, train and support existing managers, and monitor employee satisfaction levels. This position involves identifying team needs and implementing actions to meet them, providing monthly analytics to managers, and establishing reporting systems. The role also handles executive requests regarding their teams, adapts policies and procedures to team specifics, and proposes/participates in events to boost team spirit. Additionally, the People Partner will develop new ideas to strengthen corporate culture and employer brand.

Responsibilities
  • Implementation of a full cycle of HR processes for entrusted commands
  • Onboarding of HR process managers
  • Training and support of existing managers
  • Monitoring the level of “satisfaction” of employees
  • Identification of the needs of teams and the implementation of actions to implement these needs
  • Providing analytics for managers on a monthly basis
  • Reporting system on weekly/monthly/quaterly/yearly basis
  • Dealing with executive requests regarding their team
  • Adaptation of policies and procedures to the specifics of teams
  • Proposals and participation in the organization of events that will raise the team spirit
  • Development of new ideas to strengthen the corporate culture and brand of the employer
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist, preferably in a digital, iGaming, affiliate, or other fast-growing environment (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (required)
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation/integration, performance reviews, salary reviews, internal transfers, employee development, retention, and offboarding (required)
  • Experience supporting managers and teams on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, motivation, and retention cases (required)
  • Strong understanding of key HR processes and tools, including employee lifecycle management, performance management, engagement, retention, and succession planning (required)
  • Experience with HR analytics, including data collection and analysis, monitoring turnover, engagement (eNPS), team effectiveness, and other HR metrics, as well as providing data-driven recommendations to the business (required)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and C-level executives (required)
  • High level of autonomy, accountability, and proactivity, with a strong ability to identify solutions and drive initiatives to successful completion (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple teams, tasks, and priorities simultaneously (required)
  • Understanding of psychology, motivation, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to apply these concepts when working with teams and leaders (required)
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, automation systems, and modern HR technologies (required)
  • Ability to adapt HR processes to business needs while maintaining a balance between flexibility, efficiency, and compliance with internal standards (required)
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher (required)
  • Proactively identifies gaps and inefficiencies in processes and proposes practical solutions (required)
  • Able to design, structure, and continuously improve HR processes (required)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly, constructively, and effectively with employees and managers (required)
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure (required)
