People Partner
The People Partner role involves acting as a strategic HR partner within a fast-growing business group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR process implementation, managing employee retention, and supporting managers in team development. This role requires a proactive approach to change management and a strong focus on improving employee satisfaction and performance across a multicultural environment.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR processes and organizational changes, provide консультації to employees and managers, and minimize resistance to change.
- Analyze turnover drivers, develop and implement retention programs, and improve employee satisfaction and performance.
- Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new employees, continuously improve onboarding based on feedback and results.
- Identify development areas, analyze performance results, provide feedback, support career growth, and create individual development plans.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, gather feedback to identify issues and improve processes, and provide career guidance.
- Ensure timely execution of operational HR tasks (onboarding, transfers, offboarding), maintain HR analytics and reporting (weekly/monthly).
- Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on team management and development, assist in resolving HR-related issues, and support overall team effectiveness.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (People Partner / HR Business Partner) (required)
- Experience working with high-volume roles (call centers, distribution, sales agents, etc.) (preferred)
- Experience in implementing organizational changes and supporting employees through transitions (required)
- Ability to analyze employee turnover and develop retention strategies (required)
- Experience conducting one-to-one meetings, identifying issues, and providing actionable recommendations (required)
- Experience in organizing and conducting Performance Reviews and creating employee development plans (required)
- Ability to support managers in team management and talent development (required)
- Strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of HR systems (required)
