Product Manager Senior
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Growth PM to lead our retention and user lifecycle initiatives. You will own the "User Lifetime" value, ensuring that once we acquire a user, we nurture, engage, and retain them throughout their journey. You will bridge the gap between product development, data analytics, and marketing to build a sustainable growth engine.
- Own the end-to-end retention strategy. Develop and prioritize the roadmap for experiments that increase LTV, reduce churn, and drive habitual usage.
- Deep-dive into product funnels to identify friction points and drop-off reasons. Design seamless experiences that move users from onboarding to "Aha!" moment and long-term engagement.
- Lead a high-velocity A/B testing culture. Formulate, execute, and scale hypotheses for both web and mobile platforms to optimize retention metrics.
- Drive qualitative and quantitative research. Combine product analytics with user interviews, NPS/CES/CSAT analysis, and behavioral insights to understand the "why" behind user actions.
- Act as a central hub for stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing). Translate business goals into actionable product tasks.
- Own the retention channels strategy (Push notifications, In-app messaging, Email). Optimize communication timing and relevance using tools like OneSignal and Firebase.
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years in Product Management, with a focus on Growth, Retention, or Lifecycle management.
- Analytical Mastery: Exceptional data analysis skills. You don't just look at dashboards; you interpret trends and turn them into product decisions.
- Analytics Stack: Advanced proficiency in modern analytics tools (Amplitude or Mixpanel is a must; GA4, Firebase Analytics, Tableau are preferred).
- Technical A/B Testing: Extensive experience with mobile/web experimentation frameworks (Firebase Remote Config, Apptimize, etc.).
- User-Centric Research: Practical experience in conducting depth interviews and leveraging feedback loops (NPS, CSAT, CES) to improve product-market fit.
- Communication Mastery: B2+ English level. Ability to clearly articulate complex product strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of mobile and web ecosystem specifics.
- Experience in building and managing product hypotheses pipelines.
- A "test-and-learn" mindset—you view failed experiments as valuable data points.
- Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems; Knowledge of GTM; Knowledge of Event Based Analytics; Cases of improvement of product results; Knowledge of Growth Hacking.
- Developing high-complexity hypotheses (loyalty shifts, systemic onboarding features) with a focus on high accuracy and Win Rate.
- Validate and Formulate Hypotheses: Develop, validate, and iterate on product hypotheses aimed at improving user experience and financial metrics across the platform;
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests to validate product changes, analyzing results to derive actionable insights that will drive key growth and financial outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess trends, and measure the impact of product improvements on the user journey and financial performance.
- Optimization of Financial Metrics: Focus on optimizing the conversion funnel, improving user engagement, and increasing financial metrics such as transaction volume, revenue, and customer lifetime value through strategic product improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and UX/UI to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of growth strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that growth initiatives are continuously refined for maximum impact.
