Retention Marketing Manager
This role is for a Retention Marketing Manager Junior. You will be responsible for planning and executing retention and reactivation marketing activities under supervision. You will also assist in developing and executing retention initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement and reducing churn, under the guidance of senior team members. Support the planning and execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns and help with audience segmentation and personalization of communications and promotions based on predefined rules and user behavior. Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on key KPIs such as retention rate, churn, and LTV. Participate in A/B testing by setting up test groups, tracking results, and assisting in result analysis. Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams by preparing briefs, collecting inputs, and ensuring timely execution of marketing activities. Maintain documentation of campaigns, hypotheses, and results to support knowledge sharing and optimization.

- 0.5–1.5 years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience or strong interest in e-commerce, iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or mobile apps is a plus.
- Basic understanding of user retention and reactivation principles.
- Basic knowledge of customer segmentation; familiarity with RFM segmentation is a strong plus.
- Understanding of customer journey and lifecycle communication across different user stages.
- Participation in planning and executing retention and reactivation marketing activities under supervision.
- Understanding of core marketing and product metrics such as CvR, LTV, ARPU, and RR (knowledge of GGR and NGR is a plus).
- Hands-on experience or basic familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to work with data at a basic level (filters, segments, simple dashboards and reports).
- Basic understanding of market and competitor analysis objectives.
- Basic understanding of the economics behind bonus and promotional mechanics (impact on margin and user behavior).
- Introductory knowledge of A/B testing and hypothesis-based optimization.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- Attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a team environment and incorporate feedback from senior team members.
- Familiarity with leading game and slot providers, as well as the iGaming product landscape.
