RMM Team Lead
Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer engagement and reduce churn. Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle. Segment audiences and personalize communications/promotions based on user behavior and data insights. Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize for key KPIs (LTV, retention, churn). Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.

- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle
- Segment audiences and personalize communications/promotions based on user behavior and data insights
- Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize for key KPIs (LTV, retention, churn)
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences
- 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles
- Experience in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle communication
- Background in industries such as e-commerce, iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or mobile apps is a strong plus
- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return
- Knowledge and ability to calculate the economy of the basic mechanics of bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, daily quests
- Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks
- Experience with client segmentation, preferably RFM
- Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: CvR, Margin, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.
- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities
- Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods
- Familiarity with leading game and slot providers, as well as the iGaming product landscape
- Strong understanding of casino player behavior, user lifecycles, and effective retention techniques
- Awareness of key sports commonly featured in betting lines, including major teams, clubs, and athletes
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, customer support, and user acquisition
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Strong leadership mindset and result-oriented approach
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing
- Working knowledge of analytics tool
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret user data and behavior to improve campaign performance
- Ability to define KPIs and track performance across retention initiatives (e.g., churn rate, LTV, reactivation rate)
- Experience in cohort analysis, churn prediction models, and retention forecasting is a plus
