Sales Development Representative Junior
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for researching and identifying relevant decision-makers within target companies, finding and verifying contact details, and enriching lead data for the sales team. This role involves maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate data, ensuring a consistent volume and quality of leads, and collaborating with the sales team to align on ideal customer profiles. The position also supports outbound initiatives and tracks progress on lead generation activities.
- Research and identify relevant decision-makers within target companies (iGaming brands, operators, affiliates, etc.)
- Find and verify contact details (LinkedIn, email, Telegram, etc.)
- Enrich and structure lead data for handover to the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and clean data
- Ensure consistent volume and quality of leads on a weekly basis
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on ideal customer profiles (ICP)
- Support outbound initiatives (when needed): LinkedIn outreach, initial touchpoints, warming up leads
- Track and report progress on lead generation activities
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation / research / SDR / data sourcing (preferably in iGaming, digital marketing, or affiliate space)
- Strong research skills and ability to find information from multiple sources
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google search, and lead generation tools
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Good written English (for data validation and light outreach tasks)
- Fluent Ukrainian or Russian is required
- Experience in iGaming / affiliate marketing industry
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Snov, etc.
- Experience supporting sales teams or working closely with Account Executives
- Understanding of performance marketing basics (CPA, RevShare, funnels)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Persistence and curiosity in research
- Ability to work independently with clear targets
