SERM Manager

Responsibilities
- Tracking mentions of the company and brand in search engines, social networks, blogs, and news resources;
- Searching for negative reviews, comments, and articles on the web;
- Analysis and evaluation of search engine rankings for key brand queries;
- Market analysis for project launches;
- Strategy development and planning;
- Monitoring results and reporting;
- Work on removing negative content from search engine results pages;
- Creating accounts on platforms;
- Managing forum activity and purchasing accounts.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SEO and understanding of search engine optimization principles;
- Experience working with forums and discussion platforms (Quora, Reddit, etc.);
- Knowledge and basic skills in using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Alerts, SE Ranking, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets;
- Basic skills in content analysis and preparing recommendations for its improvement.
