SMM Manager
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Build, maintain, and grow brand presence across Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including posts, visuals, videos, and stories. Develop media plans and content calendars for all social platforms. Generate and implement creative campaign ideas to drive engagement and brand awareness. Monitor audience engagement, social media metrics, and trends to optimize content and campaigns. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, content, design, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, campaign alignment, and integration across channels. Track performance, analyze results, and provide actionable reports to improve social media strategy.

- Monitor audience engagement, social media metrics, and trends to optimize content and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, content, design, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, campaign alignment, and integration across channels
- Track performance, analyze results, and provide actionable reports to improve social media strategy
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, SMM Specialist, or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement
- Experience developing media plans, content calendars, and campaign concepts
- Ability to create, edit, and optimize ideas for the posts, visual content for social media
- Knowledge of analytics tools and experience tracking social media performance
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Knowledge of iGaming, Fintech, IT, or Web3 industries
- Experience working with influencers and community managers
- Understanding of paid social campaigns and ad management at social media platforms
- Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytics tools
- Highly proactive and able to work independently in a remote setup
