Software Engineer (React)
Description
Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend services using modern versions of frontend technologies. Take part in technical discussions to come up with solutions for challenging issues; Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding standards. Mentorship, and knowledge sharing with the team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend services using modern versions of frontend technologies.
- Take part in technical discussions to come up with solutions for challenging issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding standards.
- Mentorship, and knowledge sharing with the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in frontend engineering, 3+ years with Angular/React and TypeScript.
- Expert in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, responsive layouts, and component-driven architecture.
- Solid unit testing experience using Karma/Jasmine; testing pyramid mindset.
- Performance optimization (change detection, lazy loading, bundle splitting)
- API integration: REST/GraphQL, WebSockets; robust error/edge-case handling.
- Tooling: package managers, lint/format, Git/PR workflows.
- CI/CD familiarity; feature flags, environment config, release hygiene.
- Security basics (OWASP for web), auth flows (OAuth/OIDC/JWT).
- Strong communication, code review and mentoring skills; product-oriented mindset.
