Team Lead Data Analytics
Description
We are seeking a Team Lead Data Analytics to join our fast-growing business group. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals and contribute to building end-to-end analytics processes. You will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, organizing efficient workflows, and establishing communication with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a team of analysts: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and providing regular feedback;
- Organize efficient team workflows: planning, task prioritization, and execution tracking;
- Establish communication with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, task definition, and results presentation;
- Participate in building end-to-end analytics processes and implementing data best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) - ability to design clear, insightful, and visually appealing dashboards;
- Excellent knowledge of SQL - writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with large datasets;
- Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling principles;
- Curiosity and proactive attitude - you love digging into data, finding patterns, and suggesting improvements.
