Business Project Manager
Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive Business Project Manager with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating resources and managing stakeholder expectations. You will facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives. You will maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, roadmaps, and status reports. You will monitor and track project performance to ensure successful completion of objectives and provide regular updates to senior management. You will identify and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate control processes. You will handle ad-hoc tasks and urgent requests to support business priorities and maintain project continuity.

- Are familiar with project management methodologies, including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall. (required)
- Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. (required)
- Bring excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail. (required)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, making you a collaborative and effective team player. (required)

- Have experience in documenting processes and conducting data analysis to support informed business decisions. (required)
- Proactively identify potential issues and take initiative to resolve or prevent them. (required)
- Holding a PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. (nice-to-have)
- Being proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com boards, Jira, and Copilot, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. (nice-to-have)
