People and Culture Projects and Payroll Specialist
Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive People and Culture Projects and Payroll Specialist with excellent communication skills to join the People and Culture team. This one-year fixed-term role gives you the chance to develop your skills and make an impact in a fast-paced team environment. You will lead and coordinate People & Culture projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Support the design and implementation of initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, well-being, and sustainability. Align DEI and GDPR local programs with the global vision. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, prepare multiple reports and contribute to continuous improvement by proposing solutions based on analysed data. Support payroll operations by reviewing schedules, performing control checks, validating and comparing reports, and maintaining the payroll database. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business priorities and annual planning. Execute and participate in the organisation and execution of all company events (events, team building, etc.). Participate in the implementation of new software and tools to optimise work processes, as well as in the development of departmental policies.

- Hold a degree in HR or a related field (required).
- Have 5+ years of relevant work experience (required).
- Are fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken) (required).
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel) (required).
- Excel in communication skills and building strong relationships (required).
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and thrive in a team environment (required).
