People and Culture Projects and Payroll Specialist
Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive People and Culture Projects and Payroll Specialist with excellent communication skills to join the People and Culture team. This one-year fixed-term role gives you the chance to develop your skills and make an impact in a fast-paced team environment.
- Lead and coordinate People & Culture projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Support the design and implementation of initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, well-being, and sustainability.
- Align DEI and GDPR local programs with the global vision.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, prepare multiple reports and contribute to continuous improvement by proposing solutions based on analysed data.
- Support payroll operations by reviewing schedules, performing control checks, validating and comparing reports, and maintaining the payroll database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business priorities and annual planning.
- Execute and participate in the organisation and execution of all company events (events, team building, etc.).
- Participate in the implementation of new software and tools to optimise work processes, as well as in the development of departmental policies.
- Hold a degree in HR or a related field (required).
- Have 5+ years of relevant work experience (required).
- Are fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken) (required).
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel) (required).
- Excel in communication skills and building strong relationships (required).
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and thrive in a team environment (required).
