On this occasion, we are looking for a People & Culture Specialist who will be responsible for: Employee Lifecycle and Training Programmes Management: Design and develop training programmes, as well as lead the administrative hiring process for all personnel. Supervise this flow for croupier and shuffler roles, and execute it directly with administrative and plant staff. HR Information Systems Administration: Keep internal systems updated with employee information (HRIS and ADP), as well as manage access requests through Service Desk and Jira. Legal Compliance and Regulatory Bodies: Timely declare employee information to relevant government portals and local authorities (T-Registro, MINTRA, among others). Document and Contractual Control: Responsible for the onboarding (new hires) and offboarding (departures) documentation process. Ensure documentation delivery according to local legislation and the company's global policies, as well as organise contract expiry and renewal. Labour Relations and Discipline: Execute corresponding disciplinary measures, strictly aligned with the organisation's plan and code of discipline. Occupational Safety, Health (OSH) and Committees: Supervise the compliance and execution of the Annual OSH Plan. Likewise, act as the company's representative in internal committees (Safety and Health, prevention of sexual harassment and psychological harassment).
