- Experience in personnel management.
- Experience in presenting reports to management using dashboards.
- Advanced level of English (ability to hold fluent conversations in English).
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Ability to make quick decisions in diverse situations.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Detail-oriented personality with good organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
