Business Process Manager
SoftConstruct is on the search for a new player to join our team as a Business Process Manager. This role involves analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and designing and documenting new processes that align with business objectives and best practices. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure process designs meet business needs, and lead the implementation of new processes, including defining roles, responsibilities, and timelines. Coordination with IT teams for system integration and automation to support process improvements, and conducting training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes across teams are key aspects of this role. You will continuously optimize processes based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance, and monitor process execution, identify bottlenecks or deviations, and implement corrective actions. Driving change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process changes, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to communicate process changes, gather feedback, and address concerns, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence within the organization are also crucial. Identifying potential risks associated with business processes and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring that processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all business processes, workflows, and related procedures are part of the responsibilities. You will generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate improvements, provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making, and carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code.

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (required)
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Project Management (PMP) are a plus (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian and English is mandatory (required)
- Knowledge of Russian will be a plus (preferred)
- Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) (required)
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM) (required)
- Knowledge of business process automation, workflow optimization, and change management principles (required)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify optimization opportunities (required)
- Excellent project management abilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management (required)
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels (required)
