Data Collection & Scouting Operations Director / LATAM
FeedConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team as a Data Collection & Scouting Operations Director / LATAM. This role involves leading and managing data collection and scouting operations across Latin America, developing and maintaining a strong regional network of scouts, data providers, and operational partners. The position ensures accurate, real-time collection of sports data across LATAM competitions, identifies new leagues, tournaments, and coverage opportunities, and maintains operational quality, latency standards, and data integrity. Collaboration with product, trading, rights, and technical teams is essential to support business objectives. The role also involves monitoring regional sports ecosystems, managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance of local contributors, improving operational processes, tools, and regional efficiency, and ensuring compliance with internal standards, integrity rules, and regulatory frameworks. Representation of the company in regional partnerships, negotiations, and operational engagements is also part of the responsibilities, along with performing additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Lead and manage data collection and scouting operations across Latin America.
- Develop and maintain a strong regional network of scouts, data providers, and operational partners.

- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with operational goals.
- Higher education in Business, Sports Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sports data operations, scouting networks, or related sports business environments.
- Strong knowledge of Latin American sports markets, especially football ecosystem.
- Experience managing distributed or regional teams across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical, operational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, real-time environments.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory), fluent Spanish is required.
- Willingness to travel across Latin America when needed.
- Ability to work in hybrid or fully remote senior operational roles.
