Event Manager / VBET
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and vibrant Event Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our corporate events across our HQ and regional offices, ensuring every experience is memorable, seamless, and within budget.
- Brainstorm, design, and implement creative concepts for various corporate events and team-building activities.
- Create, maintain, and execute a comprehensive event calendar for the HQ and regional offices, collaborating closely with local office representatives.
- Calculate, forecast, and manage event budgets efficiently.
- Source, negotiate with, and coordinate external vendors, with a heavy focus on managing photographers, videographers, caterers, and entertainment.
- Oversee the execution of events on the ground, troubleshooting any issues to ensure everything runs flawlessly.
- Proven experience in planning and executing corporate events (team buildings, celebrations, internal corporate culture events) (required).
- Strong experience in vendor management, specifically working with photographers, videographers, and others (required).
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Armenian (both written and spoken) for effective cross-office communication (required).
- Excellent budgeting and financial planning skills, with the ability to accurately calculate costs, manage event spreadsheets, and optimize expenses (required).
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a systemic approach to handling multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously (required).
- High energy and a positive mindset, high level of autonomy and proactivity, with a track record of taking full ownership of projects from concept to completion (required).
- Attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills under pressure, strong sense of responsibility and reliability (required).
- Direct experience in the iGaming or highly regulated industry, providing familiarity with compliance challenges beyond standard commercial roles (nice-to-have).
