Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Group’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the holding’s vision, mission, and growth plans.
  • Establish a unified HR framework that integrates best local and international practices from IT, finance, construction, gaming, and agriculture.
  • Define optimal organizational structures for efficiency and scalability across the group.
  • Drive organizational transformation by implementing modern HR processes, policies, and technological solutions including AI.
  • Partner with CEOs of each subsidiary to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee group-wide talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across diverse sectors within the holding.
  • Lead executive recruitment and onboarding for group and subsidiary leadership roles.
  • Introduce new testing tools for hiring processes.
  • Develop and implement performance management process bases on international best practices.
  • Implement leadership development and succession planning initiatives to align talent with business growth and industry-specific requirements.
  • Establish leadership and employee development programs to build strong internal talent pipelines.
  • Introduce change management initiatives to support transformation and integration across entities.
  • Develop group-wide competitive compensation and benefits structures ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee executive compensation frameworks for subsidiary leadership.
  • Negotiate and implement group-wide employee benefits programs to ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain HR governance frameworks for all group entities.
  • Develop HR policies ensuring those comply with legal, regulatory frameworks and ethical standards across multiple sectors and regions.
  • Design and implement comprehensive HR policies, including KPI models and Performance Management frameworks.
  • Oversee the successful integration and adoption of HR software/management tools.
  • Introduce and optimize HR technology solutions, including HRIS, data analytics, and AI-driven HR tools.
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
  • Monitor and enhance employee engagement and retention through data-driven HR strategies.
  • Manage group-level turnover rates and actively drive initiatives to improve eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score).
  • Establish robust HR reporting mechanisms and present regular analytics to leadership.
  • Build and scale the Learning and Development (L&D) strategy across the organization.
  • Foster a cohesive and dynamic corporate culture across all subsidiaries.
  • Develop employer-branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams on HR and organizational development matters.
  • Drive employee engagement strategies across all subsidiaries.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives for the group.
  • Lead executive-level (Top Management) and key roles hiring across the group.
  • Ensure all subsidiary companies strictly align with and follow core group HR policies and procedures.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. (required)
  • At least 10 years of HR leadership experience, including experience in group or regional HR roles in all fields. (required)
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior HR role within a multinational or multi-industry holding. (required)
  • Strong understanding of HR practices in IT, finance, construction, gaming, and agriculture. (required)
  • Experience in HR transformation, digital HR solutions, and change management. (required)
  • Expertise in HR analytics, talent management, and strategic workforce planning. (required)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance across different industries and jurisdictions. (required)
  • Knowledge of AI-driven HR analytics, automation tools, and predictive workforce planning. (preferred)
  • Experience implementing HR digitalization strategies and data-driven HR decision-making. (required)
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, and digital HR tools. (required)
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities. (required)
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. (required)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. (required)
  • High level of professionalism, with good experience in adapting changes and implementing them on a strategic level. (required)
  • Ability to develop competitive compensation & benefits structures for different industries. (required)
  • Understanding of workforce cost management, budgeting, and financial forecasting. (required)
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and benchmarking for salary, performance, and engagement. (required)
  • Ability to drive cultural transformation and adapt HR strategies to diverse industries. (required)
  • Knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages. (required)
