Jira Board & Project Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Jira Board & Project Manager to serve as a critical operational anchor for our distributed affiliate marketing and financial workflows. This is a vital role focused on driving process efficiency, managing complex partner payment operations across multiple geographies, and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution through systematic task management.
- Maintain absolute control over operational workflows by managing, structuring, and tracking tasks via Jira.
- Actively liaise with Finance and Payment departments to resolve pending issues, optimize ticket flows, and execute precise partner account corrections.
- Oversee the full-cycle processing of affiliate partner payments (including Performance, Fixed Fee, Crypto, and Terminations) across 9+ global jurisdictions.
- Execute daily payment monitoring, validation, and reconciliation to guarantee absolute accuracy before final release.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of comprehensive monthly operational reports, covering regional performance metrics and key KPIs.
- Manage accrual files and bonus reconciliation processes in tight alignment with the Analytics team.
- Enforce strict adherence to risk protocols by validating that all partner agreements perfectly match incoming invoices, effectively minimizing company financial exposure.
- Prepare and audit detailed quarterly cohort reports.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and continuously drive the improvement and standardization of core operational processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and build scalable processes ready for new market entries.
- Background in Operations, Finance, or Project Management, with a deep and proven understanding of complex payment workflows, transactional cycles, and financial reporting. (required)
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (capable of managing, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets, creating advanced formulas, and structuring financial reports) along with extensive hands-on experience utilizing Jira for project tracking and workflow management. (required)
- Strong capability to process financial documentation with high accuracy, handle complex multi-currency reconciliations, and comfortably navigate diverse payment methodologies, including standard Fiat and Cryptocurrency transactions. (required)
- Highly structured, logical mindset with an innate ability to organize, prioritize, and self-manage recurring, deadline-critical operational tasks without sacrificing quality. (required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a highly effective, professional bridge between Affiliate Managers, technical teams, and back-office financial departments to streamline corporate processes. (required)
- Direct experience in the iGaming or highly regulated industry, providing familiarity with compliance challenges beyond standard commercial roles. (nice-to-have)
