Live Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Live Operations Supervisor to oversee live gaming activities and ensure optimal performance and compliance across all shifts. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of live gaming operations, and the ability to manage technical and operational challenges in real-time.

- In-depth understanding of live casino games, gaming regulations, and studio workflow. (required)
- Familiarity with studio operations, live streaming technologies, and gaming platforms. (required)
- Experience working with task management systems (e.g., Jira) and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. (required)
- Ability to quickly identify and report technical and operational issues. (required)
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. (required)
- Must be available for urgent communication (24/7 in case of emergencies). (required)
