Together with top leagues and federations around the globe, we are shaping the next generation of fan engagement products. We are looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience , a passion for sports- especially soccer and basketball - and the drive to build engaging products using the latest real-time graphics technology. In this role, you will own product scope, align stakeholders across business and engineering, and guide cross-functional teams with a clear product vision and roadmap in an agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive product scope, priorities, and roadmap in line with company strategy
  • Work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to define product direction
  • Maintain a well-prioritised backlog of epics, features, and user stories ready for development
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and specifications
  • Partner with agile development teams to break down requirements into actionable deliverables
  • Evaluate feature requests based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
  • Act as the main point of contact and internal ambassador for the product
  • Identify risks, solve product-related challenges, and support trade-off decisions when needed
  • Track delivery progress and ensure developed features meet agreed scope and functionality
  • Participate in release demos, gather feedback, and continuously improve future iterations
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, competitors, and emerging technologies to keep our products ahead
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, computer science, business informatics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or IT environment
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with lean product management principles
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Confidence using AI tools to work faster and smarter
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to align diverse teams around a shared goal
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Passion for sports; interest in complex sports data and statistics is a plus
