Product Manager

Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner (m/f/d) to support the development of our audiences and AI-driven initiatives. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—defining vision, setting priorities, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful features that drive audience engagement and business value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into actionable product plans, align stakeholders, and ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Audience and AI initiatives.
  • Translate business goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized deliverables.
  • Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensure smooth agile delivery.
  • Make informed prioritization decisions based on business impact, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and improve the product.
  • Align cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, commercial) around shared goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery processes.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with technical teams and translating business needs into product requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in digital products, platforms, or AdTech environments.
  • Exposure to AI-driven products or data platforms.
  • Technical understanding of software development processes and architectures.
