Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in game design (preferably within iGaming, slots, or real-money gaming)
  • Proven track record of shipped titles
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops
  • Experience working with KPIs (retention, monetization, LTV, conversion)
  • Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles
  • Experience writing clear and structured GDDs
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
  • Experience designing slot games or live casino products (Nice to have)
  • Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes (Nice to have)
  • Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization (Nice to have)
  • Basic understanding of game engines (e.g., Unity) (Nice to have)
