Principal Product GTM Manager
As Super Technologies continues to scale its product and technology platform across multiple markets, we are looking for a Principal Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for one of our core product verticals. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Local Market Operations and Marketing, partnering closely with Product and Country leadership to ensure product innovation translates into clear player value and strong commercial outcomes across markets. You will work closely with product teams throughout the product lifecycle, bringing market insights, player behaviour and commercial context into how products are built and brought to market. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring products launch successfully across markets and deliver strong player adoption and commercial impact. Depending on the product vertical, the role may also include leadership responsibilities within the GTM function.
- Own and evolve the go-to-market strategy for a major product area, ensuring strong player adoption and commercial impact.
- Define how the product is positioned, launched and scaled across markets, influencing roadmap priorities through market insights and commercial context.
- Contribute to the development of GTM frameworks, processes and best practices that scale across product areas and markets.
- Partner closely with Product leadership from concept and discovery through launch and iteration as a strategic GTM partner.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear player value and market narratives.
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features and enhancements to drive player adoption and commercial impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches across Product and local market operations teams to ensure markets are operationally ready and launches are executed successfully.
- Define success metrics for launches and feature adoption, using experimentation and data insights to continuously refine GTM strategies and improve player engagement.
- Communicate launch performance, insights and GTM learnings to senior stakeholders to inform product and market strategy.
- Champion the player perspective by bringing player behaviour and local market insights into product decisions and roadmap priorities.
- Maintain strong awareness of competitor products, market trends and industry developments to inform product positioning, differentiation and launch strategy.
- 8+ years of experience in Product GTM, Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Product Management or similar roles in high-velocity digital product companies.
- Proven experience launching and scaling complex consumer digital products or high-frequency transactional platforms.
- Strong experience partnering closely with Product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear player value and market impact.
- Strong stakeholder management across Product and local market operations teams.
- Comfortable working with data, experimentation and testing to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
- Domain experience we value: Experience in high-frequency digital platforms or entertainment products is particularly valuable. This may include: Sports betting or sportsbook products, Online casino or gaming platforms.
