Tencent Cloud Pre-sales Intern
Our Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.
- Conduct research on industry solutions, combine customer needs with Tencent's audio and video product features, organize high-value solutions, and compile them into industry solution and case study materials for the local market.
- Under the guidance of a mentor, provide technical support for pre-sales technical consulting/PoC verification services to customers, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
- Conduct industry analysis and market research, select target customer lists, and collaborate with sales to drive business development.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, MBA, or related fields.
- Fluent in Japanese (business level), excellent communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and proficiency in desk research and document creation.
- Excellent thinking ability and high business acumen. Outstanding learning ability, logical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, passionate about work, with excellent stress tolerance and teamwork spirit.
- Annual salary: Negotiable (with salary increases/bonuses)
*Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills, etc., in accordance with our company regulations.
*Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 35 hours per month. Hours exceeding this will be paid separately.
- Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30, Break time: 60 minutes
Discretionary labor system may apply depending on the position.
- Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
- Paid leave: In the first year of employment, granted on a pro-rata basis depending on the month of joining. Up to 22 days based on years of service.
