Ad Recommendation Algorithm Intern Engineer
The Corporate Development Group (CDG) is responsible for promoting development and innovation in important areas such as financial technology and advertising, as well as marketing services, including payment and financial applications. As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more.
This role involves deeply understanding overseas advertising business scenarios. You will identify opportunities for technical enhancement through keen data insights and continuously optimise recommendation strategies and models to improve core business metrics. You will explore and conduct research on cutting-edge recommendation technologies, and be responsible for the development and performance optimisation of overseas advertising recommendation algorithms. You will focus on one of the following specific areas: Model & Algorithm, Bidding Mechanism, or Industry-Specific Algorithms.
- Optimise estimation models for precise ranking (pCTR/pCVR/pLTV) and recall(LTR), including research in ultra-long sequence modeling, multimodal large models for recommendation, multi-scenario & multi-task learning, and scaling up complex cross networks.
- Optimise algorithmic strategies for cost attainment, volume scaling, and cold start, including applying reinforcement learning and generative bidding techniques.
- Optimise models and strategies for key industries such as gaming and e-commerce, including exploring AI-powered intelligent delivery solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (required).
- Solid programming skills and algorithmic foundation, proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, C++, Go, or Scala (required).
- Strong theoretical foundation in machine learning/deep learning, proficient in at least one mainstream deep learning framework like TensorFlow or PyTorch (required).
- Familiar with the use of big data platform tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Flink (required).
- Excellent logical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about tackling challenging problems (required).
- Strong communication skills, proactive work attitude, high sense of responsibility, self-motivated, committed to continuous learning, and excellent teamwork ability (required).
