Lightspeed Tech Center is the research and development department of Lightspeed Studios, which has worked on various high-quality games such as PUBG Mobile. The Tech Center leads technological research and innovation, providing technical support for games throughout their lifecycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next-generation technology, and technical partnerships.
- Analyse product requirements and architecture, and be responsible for designing test methods and test cases.
- Conduct testing tasks such as product functionality, system performance, platform compatibility, and API interface testing, and identify, collect, and clarify quality issues during product operation, promoting and tracking their resolution.
- Undertake specific testing tasks such as analysis of similar products, stability analysis, and system reliability, and plan and execute specific testing activities.
- Plan and promote the construction of automation and continuous integration (CI) in game products to improve the development efficiency of testing and the entire project. Be responsible for the introduction and construction of excellent automation testing tools and platforms in the industry, and improve the overall delivery quality.
- Construct effective evaluation models and methods, and conduct quantitative analysis based on the characteristics of the work.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer software or a related field.
- Possess excellent logical thinking skills, good communication and coordination abilities, and drive.
- Have a foundational knowledge of software engineering and be proficient in software testing theories and methods.
- Have a solid theoretical foundation in computers and be well-versed in the basic principles of operating systems and networks.
- Pursue excellence and pay attention to detail. Possess a user-centric mindset, adhere to principles, and have excellent learning ability and independent thinking habits.
- Be proficient in one or more programming languages.
- Have excellent coding ability and experience using various debugging tools.
- Annual salary: Negotiable (with salary increases/bonuses).
- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, skills, etc., according to our company regulations.
- For general employees, a fixed overtime allowance for 35 hours per month is included.
- For management positions, a fixed overtime allowance for 10 hours per month is included.
- Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30. Break time: 60 minutes.
