Game Operations Intern

The role entails overseeing IP product licensing (merchandise and related projects). You will be responsible for the supervision process in the planning and production of IP product licenses (merchandise, practical goods, offline events, etc.) for important internal IP products. You will check settings, visuals, expressions, and notations to ensure they align with the original work's worldview, brand guidelines, and rights requirements.
You will also be responsible for assisting with market research and supervising IP content planning (manga, novels, anime, etc.). You will participate in the review of planning content with the project team and, during supervision, check settings, visuals, expressions, and notations to ensure they align with the original work's worldview, brand guidelines, and rights requirements, as well as public aesthetic standards.
Furthermore, you will coordinate and communicate with internal and external departments. This includes collaborating with operations, planning, and marketing teams in China, as well as overseas licensors and partner companies primarily in Japan and Korea. You will accurately convey the planning intentions and concepts of each company and effectively share supervision feedback from licensors with all relevant parties.
Finally, you will translate and organize multilingual materials, primarily Chinese and Japanese, including supervision documents, proposals, emails, and daily communication content. If necessary, you will also be responsible for interpretation and minute-taking during meetings.

- Strong interest in ACG culture (games, anime, manga). Preference for those who regularly play 2D games.
- High communication skills in Chinese and Japanese.
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or above, with strong Japanese conversational ability.
- Ability to read and write business Japanese, and perform meeting interpretation and minute-taking.
- Korean communication skills are a plus.
- Emphasis on teamwork and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in general office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses).
- Consideration given based on experience and skills.
- For general employees, includes fixed overtime pay for 35 hours/month.
- For management positions, includes fixed overtime pay for 10 hours/month.
- Working Hours: 09:30 - 18:30 with a 60-minute break.
- Flextime available.
- Complete two-day weekend (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Paid Leave: Prorated in the first year based on the month of joining, up to 22 days based on years of service.
- Year-End and New Year Holidays (December 30 - January 3).
