International Service & Technical Support Center Lead
This role leads the infrastructure SRE team supporting Tencent Cloud's global infrastructure. It also oversees the platform SRE team responsible for cloud products and manages the technical service support team for overseas customer support, with a focus on key accounts. The position involves developing and maintaining an independent overseas SRE system and establishing professional service teams for customer migration and cloud architecture improvement. Additionally, the role acts as the chief architect for private cloud products and cloud-native platforms.
- Lead the infrastructure SRE team to support Tencent Cloud's global infrastructure.
- Oversee the platform SRE team responsible for cloud products including Kubernetes, databases, IAM, and API servers.
- Manage the technical service support team for overseas customer support, focusing on key accounts.
- Develop and maintain an independent overseas SRE system, ensuring strict segregation.
- Establish and manage professional service teams for customer migration and cloud architecture improvement.
- Develop migration tools, solutions, and frameworks for Tencent Cloud.
- Act as the chief architect for private cloud products and cloud-native platforms, including Kubernetes, micro-services, and serverless functionalities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud-related R&D, SRE, infrastructure, and service support.
- Proven leadership in managing global technology support teams.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, databases, IAM, and API servers.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin, with the ability to manage relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
