Tencent Cloud Enterprise is a private cloud, which including all kinds of cloud services. Product Solution Architect is role at cloud product department, with deep and wide technical skills. He or She can understand how cloud services work at underlayer, and work with pre-sales/sales to design proper solutions based on Tencent Cloud Enterprise.
- Ability to communicate with customer on technical solution design.
- Work with sales, to communicate with customer about budget and requirements, and output of product configurations.
- Could complete the planning and design of combined cloud solutions, and address the industry pain points, provide competitive solution functions and technical features for problems;
- Assist the presales/sales team to follow up the project, identify and follow up on product and service risks in the bidding process,
- Assist the team to provide cloud guidance and training for local channel construction, assist channel sales and presales in project follow-up, and output standard solutions;
- Targeting the product requirements or features of customers, and aligned with the local market, as a linker between customer and product manager, track the features from beginning to release, and update/ feedback to customers, make sure the feature in time;
- Bachelor degree or higher;
- 3+ years of experience industry IT architect or pre-sales/consulting experience, strong solution architecture and communication skills;
- Prefer with 3+ years of experience as a software developer or architecture as R&D roles, cloud technical-related;
- Master one or more of the following fields: Understand in cloud computing IAAS-related architecture and technical implementation (virtualization technology, SDN network technology, distributed storage, load balancing, etc.); Familiar with database-related technologies; Understand the IT infrastructure of large customers (e.g., three datacenters in two places, active-active and disaster recovery solution design, global group with IT worldwide etc.); Applicants with relevant experience in big data, middleware, security, etc..
- Have excellent documentation skills, could clearly express architectural intentions, and be able to write various technical documents;
- Have communication skills, strong execution ability, excellent teamwork;
- Ability to cooperation with ISV/SI and project management, with experience in partner development;
- Prefer with those who have passed Tencent Cloud Certification or equivalent qualifications;
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese is required, along with functional proficiency in either Chinese or English.
- Annual salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills, commensurate with company regulations)
