Tencent Cloud Pre-sales Intern
The Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.
- Research industry solutions, combine customer needs with Tencent's voice and video product features, organize high-value solutions, and compile them into industry solutions and case study materials for the local market.
- Under the guidance of a mentor, provide technical support for pre-sales technical consulting/PoC verification services to customers, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
- Conduct industry analysis and market research, select target customer lists, and collaborate with sales to promote business development.
- Education: University degree or above, Computer Science, MBA related majors preferred.
- Language & Communication: Fluent in Japanese and Chinese (business level), excellent communication skills, customer service awareness, desk research and copywriting skills.
- Thinking & Abilities: Excellent thinking skills and high business sensitivity. Outstanding learning ability, logical thinking ability, and problem-solving ability.

- Salary: Negotiable (with salary increases/bonuses)
- Fixed overtime allowance for 35 hours per month included. Excess hours will be paid separately.
- Working Hours: 09:30 - 18:30, 60-minute break. Discretionary labor system may apply depending on the position.
- Holidays: Complete two-day weekend (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Paid Leave: First year of employment, prorated based on the month of joining. Up to 22 days based on years of service.
- New Year's Holiday: December 30 - January 3.
- Sick Leave (Paid): 12 days/year (separate from paid leave).
