Risk, Fraud & Payments Agent
Description
As an RFP Agent working on a rotating schedule (4 days on / 2 days off) across shifts from 8am–5pm and 1pm–10pm, you will play a key role in safeguarding both our business and our players throughout daily operations. You’ll monitor player activity to identify suspicious behaviour, review and approve financial transactions, and help ensure a secure and seamless player experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, a calm and methodical approach, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor player registrations, deposits, and withdrawals for signs of fraud or irregular activity
- Review and verify customer documents in line with KYC and AML requirements
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage chargebacks, payment disputes, and fraud investigations
- Liaise with third-party providers and internal teams to resolve cases promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements
- Experience in risk, fraud, or payments within the iGaming or fintech industry preferred
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with common fraud prevention tools and payment platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a bonus
