Senior Web Designer
As a Sr. Website Developer & Administrator within the Business Systems & Operations team, you will serve as the technical backbone for our Global websites, primarily focused on Help Center and the Customer Support Ecosystem. You are a strategic partner who bridges the gap between Support, Product, and Marketing to build high-impact digital assets that empower customers, improve self-service, and drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain customized pages, plugins, and templates. You provide a strategic lens to every build, ensuring business needs are fully understood and the underlying code is scalable and aligned with global best practices.
- Own the technical integration between the website, our support tech stack, and analytics platforms. You architect the "connective tissue" that ensures a seamless data flow between the front-end experience and back-end support tools.
- Act as the strategic liason between Support Operations, UX, Marketing, and technical teams. You excel at translating complex technical requirements and constraints for non-technical stakeholders, negotiating project scope to balance business needs with project timelines. You collaborate with technical resources to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
- Manage a high-volume backlog of requests. You are responsible for understanding the business impact of various tasks so work can be prioritized based on ROI, resource availability, and strategic urgency.
- Support the optimization of website performance and effectiveness, including the design and deployment of A/B tests. Analyze results to recommend site enhancements that drive effectiveness and improve UX.
- Own the version control and management of releases or enhancements. You lead rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure functionality works flawlessly across the entire end-to-end customer journey.
- Actively monitor key performance metrics to identify trends, performance bottlenecks, or technical issues, rectifying them proactively before they impact the customer experience.
- Proven ability to think long-term about website experiences, scalability, and the holistic customer journey.
- Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing competing demands, balancing technical feasibility with user needs.
