Description

Overseeing the documentation and execution of finance and compliance requirements aligned with marketing standards. Designing and implementing new frameworks, workflows, and methodologies within the Affiliates department to enhance efficiency, structure, and operational logic. Providing continuous internal support to Affiliate Account Managers and ensuring alignment with program requirements. Driving process optimisation by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective workflows. Collaborating closely with colleagues, managers, and advisors to ensure alignment and shared success. Implementing affiliate deals within the 888 and William Hill platforms. Coordinating the migration of affiliate accounts. Traffic and conduct quality assurance (QA) on affiliate campaigns (display ads) via DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) and Income Access (affiliates' platform). Affiliate ad-operation tasks: Create and test dedicated tracking links. Affiliate group move. Transfer untracked and fraudulent customers. Install and troubleshoot affiliate pixels. Landing page creation through HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager. Support the Marketing team with invoice and PO handling. Update and maintain a detailed database of information relating to affiliate compliance, including verification documentation and external links for monitoring purposes. Use Rightlander tool to identify non-compliant affiliates and regularly speak with affiliate managers and affiliates to request changes in ensuring that every effort has been made to stay compliant to the company’s requirements and UK, and Irish regulations. Develop and execute communication strategies for affiliate partners, including newsletters, email campaigns, and other relevant materials.

Requirements
  • An experienced & passionate problem-solver who is responsible, accountable, self-driven and service minded (required).
  • Well-organised, methodological and process oriented (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
  • Team player (required).
  • Strong multi-tasking skills (required).
  • Familiarity with Online Gaming or a previous experience in a similar position in the iGaming industry (preferred).
  • 2 years' work experience in a position related to operations and/or coordinator relations in a Global company work environment (required).
  • Experience in JIRA / Income Access (or other affiliate platforms) (preferred).
  • Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office (required).
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and multitasking abilities (required).
