Automation Developer

<p>We’re looking for a <strong>QA Automation Engineer</strong> who will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our software products. You’ll design and maintain automated test suites, collaborate with developers and product managers, and contribute to a forward-looking QA automation strategy that scales with our business.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Test Automation Development</strong> – Design, build, and maintain automated tests using modern tools and frameworks, seamlessly integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline.</li><li><strong>Test Planning &amp; Execution</strong> – Partner with developers and stakeholders to define testing requirements, plan strategies, and execute automated tests.</li><li><strong>Defect Management</strong> – Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.</li><li><strong>Framework Development</strong> – Enhance and evolve the QA automation framework to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.</li><li><strong>Performance &amp; Data Testing</strong> – Contribute to performance testing, run SQL-based data validations, build simulations, and troubleshoot data-related issues.</li><li><strong>Observability &amp; Monitoring</strong> – Leverage tools like New Relic to monitor system health, detect issues, and report bugs quickly and accurately.</li><li><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication</strong> – Work with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.</li><li><strong>Continuous Learning</strong> – Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in QA automation and software testing.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Who we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in <strong>C# or JavaScript</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with automation tools such as <strong>Selenium, Cypress</strong>, or similar.</li><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks like <strong>JUnit, TestNG</strong>, or equivalent.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>SQL</strong> and database concepts.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Agile development methodologies</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., <strong>New Relic</strong>).</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms (<strong>AWS, Azure</strong>) is a plus.</li><li>Strong <strong>problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><span class="ql-cursor"></span>What we offer:</strong></p><p>Our roles offer more than just a job, you’ll become part of the evoke family!
