Y</strong>ou’ll be expected to lead by example, contribute to our automation and deployment pipelines, and drive operational excellence across environments.</p><p>If you are an experienced DevOps engineer with deep knowledge of <strong>AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD</strong>, and <strong>infrastructure automation</strong>, and you enjoy building robust systems in a collaborative environment, we want to talk to you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What you’ll be doing</u>:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the development and optimization of <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, with a focus on automation, reliability, and speed (preferred: <strong>Azure DevOps</strong>).</li><li>Demonstrate deep, hands-on expertise in <strong>Kubernetes,</strong> including deployment strategies, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production environments.</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on <strong>AWS</strong> and on-prem platforms</li><li>Own and evolve our observability ecosystem using <strong>Grafana</strong>, <strong>Prometheus</strong>, and <strong>New</strong> <strong>Relic</strong>, ensuring high system reliability, performance, and actionable insights.</li><li>Design and implement diverse automation scripts and tools to improve environment management, operational efficiency, and system stability</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in both development and production environments.</li><li>Proactively identify areas for improvement in infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes. Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, taking ownership of execution and impact.</li><li>Mentor and support DevOps team members by sharing expertise and promoting best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Who we are looking for:</u></strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, especially in production environments.</li><li>Advanced scripting skills with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.</li><li>Deep, practical experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, workload scaling, and production troubleshooting.</li><li>Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably using Azure DevOps or similar tools).</li><li>Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.</li><li>Proven experience implementing observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic, including dashboard creation, alert tuning, and performance analysis</li><li>Solid background in Linux and Windows system administration and troubleshooting.</li><li>Deep understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing, with the ability to debug complex network issues using tools like Wireshark and system-level logs</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and frameworks as needed.</li></ul><p>Nice to Have:</p><ul><li>Experience in hybrid infrastructure environments (on-prem and cloud).</li><li>Exposure to security best practices and DevSecOps principles.</li><li>Background in high-availability, low-latency systems (gaming or high-traffic platforms is a plus).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What we offer:</u></strong></p><p>Our roles offer more than just a job, you’ll become part of the evoke family!
