Development Team Leader
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader with FullStack development expertise to lead our team of developers & QAs in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications. As the Team Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development lifecycle, driving best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong background in .NET development, as well as proficiency in front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing & leading the development team
- Review specification and design documents
- Create and maintain drill-down designs
- Support team members in technological challenges
- Implementation of R&D processes for both Development and QA
- Manage the knowledge and redundancy inside the team
- Working closely with different interfaces like testers, product owners, and project managers
- Report the progress and status of the project to the stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience working as a developer
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader
- In-depth understanding of client/server applications
- Experience in working on web-based systems
- Client-side: Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Libraries: react, redux
- Server-side: Languages: C#, SQL; Frameworks: .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, WCF.
